GQS Enterprise, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Pensacola, Florida, providing federal and commercial clients with facility support, construction management, and maintenance solutions.Founded by John Lomax, PMP®, a U.S. Navy veteran and certified project management professional, GQS combines over 20 years of quality assurance and construction experience with the compliance standards required for federal work.We currently support FEMA under an active federal contract and collaborate with primes across the Southeast to deliver reliable, audit-ready performance.
